1. Eligibility and Registration
To register as a dealership, you must:
Be a legally registered automotive business;
Provide valid business credentials, including licensing and tax identification;
Ensure that all personnel accessing the platform on your behalf comply with these Terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
All listings, interactions, and transactions made under your dealership account;
Ensuring your account and listing information remains accurate and up to date;
Assigning user roles appropriately within your dealership team.
3. Listings and Inventory Management
SupercarTrader.com reserves the right to remove or edit listings that appear inaccurate, deceptive, or violate site standards.
Duplicate listings, fake availability, or bait-and-switch tactics are strictly prohibited.
4. Fees and Subscriptions
Dealerships may access additional features (e.g., bulk uploads, enhanced visibility, branding tools) through paid subscription tiers.
All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
