The Ford GT Mk IV represents the ultimate evolution of the GT lineage and the most extreme expression of performance ever created under the GT name. Designed exclusively for the track, it closes the story with absolute authority, engineered without compromise and produced in strictly limited numbers.
At its heart lies an all new 3.8 litre twin turbo V6 engine developed specifically for the Mk IV by Roush Yates Engines, Ford’s long standing motorsport partner. Built with bespoke internal components and larger turbochargers, it delivers more than 800 horsepower, providing relentless and repeatable performance lap after lap.
Every surface of the Mk IV exists for a purpose. Its long tail bodywork, sculpted fenders and highly developed aerodynamic architecture were created to meet extreme cooling and downforce targets. Generating 2,400 pounds of downforce at speed, the car draws a direct lineage to the 1967 Le Mans winning GT40 Mk IV while redefining what modern aerodynamics can achieve.
To control this performance, the Mk IV is equipped with a bespoke six speed dog engagement racing gearbox with E Shift actuation and a carbon clutch system derived directly from motorsport. A revised wheelbase improves balance, airflow and rear diffuser efficiency, while a newly developed suspension system featuring Adaptive Spool Valve dampers allows the driver to adjust the vehicle’s dynamic response from within the cockpit.
Extensive carbon fibre construction, racing specification slick tyres and carbon brakes complete a package engineered for total control at the limit. Capable of producing over 3g of lateral acceleration, the Mk IV delivers braking and cornering performance beyond any previous GT.
Produced in a strictly limited run of just 67 cars, the Ford GT Mk IV is offered with an immersive track experience, including professional driver support and post event maintenance. It is not simply a car to be owned, but a machine designed to be driven exactly as intended.
