Amari Supercars are proud to present this 1992 Ferrari F40 finished in the classic Rosso Corsa with matching Rosso Corsa racing seats. With an extensive service history and certification as part of Ferrari Classiche.
This Ferrari F40 represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most iconic supercars ever built. One of only 1,315 cars ever to be produced worldwide, it embodies everything that has made the F40 a legend. Lightweight engineering, twin-turbo performance, and the unmistakable styling that defined an era of uncompromising, analogue supercars.
Supplied new in 1992, this example was brought into the UK in 2012, where it has remained in single ownership ever since. Its longevity with the same owner reflects careful stewardship and adds an extra degree of confidence in both condition and history.
Our example is complete with its original books, including the all-important service/warranty supplement, its leather pouch and the spare key. Examples retaining these details are increasingly difficult to find.
Opportunities to acquire an F40 of this calibre are exceptionally rare. With its purity of design, motorsport-inspired engineering and enduring global significance, this example offers the chance to secure not just a supercar, but a true automotive icon.
The Ferrari F40 is one of the most iconic supercars ever built, created to celebrate Ferrari’s 40th anniversary and widely regarded as the final car personally approved by Enzo Ferrari. Introduced in 1987, it embodied Ferrari’s purest performance philosophy: light weight, uncompromising engineering and raw, unfiltered driving emotion. Built using advanced materials for its time including kevlar, carbon fibre and aluminium. The F40 pushed boundaries in both design and performance.
Power comes from a 2.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing around 478 hp, sent through a gated 5-speed manual gearbox. Combined with its extremely low weight of around 1200kg, the F40 became the first production car to break the 200 mph barrier. Delivering blistering acceleration and a ferocious, turbo-charged driving character. Its enormous rear wing, NACA ducts and minimalist interior were all functional choices, making it as close to a road-going race car as Ferrari had ever produced.
With its purity, historical significance and unmistakable styling it is now one of the most revered collector cars in the world. Today, the F40 stands as a symbol of the analogue supercar era. Brutal, beautiful and utterly uncompromising.
