The Aston Martin DB6 was first purchased in August 1967 by Mr. Mackintosh who retained ownership of the car for 13 years before being purchased by Mr. Gill in February 1980. During this time Mr. Gill kept the car for 4 Months before exchanging hands to Mrs. Roberts in June 1980 who kept the car for 3 months before selling it back to the Previous keeper Mr. Gill in September 1980.

Mr. Gill went on to keep the car for a further 2 years before exchanging ownership once again to a new owner Mr. Vetch in February 1982 who went on to keep the car for 23 years. The Car was later purchased by its Sixth owner Mr. Martin in October 2005 who retained ownership of the car for 12 years until 2017 where the car was then purchased by our client and current Keeper.

The Car was Sold and Authenticated by Aston Martin Works in 2017 and includes Aston Martin Works Service History from 2018 to Today.

In 2019 a Full Service was Carried out at Aston Martin totaling an excess of £13,500.

A full engine Rebuild and Clean occurred in May 1997 including Engine, Clutch and Gear Box being removed and examined and Cylinder Block stripped for inspection of any wear and faults

Following this an engine service was carried out a year later in March 1998.

In 2005/2006 the owner commissioned an extensive Restoration totaling excess of £43,000.

In October 2013 the owner then commissioned a Full Engine Re-Build which was carried out totaling a cost of £4,800.

The Aston Martin DB6 was the Fastest Regular 4-Seater GT Car in the world. First Introduced at the London Motor Show in October 1965 as the Successor to the famed DB5, and it is unanimously considered to be one of the finest GT Cars ever produced. Powered by a powerful four-litre, twin-cam, inline six-cylinder engine with an aluminium alloy block and a deep-breathing crossflow head making it 140mph automobile. With improved seats the DB6 can also carry four adults comfortably in its stretched 101.5-inch wheelbase. A 22-gallon fuel tank offered decent mileage for high-speed travel. Armstrong Selectaride rear shock absorbers compensated for the weight of rear seat passengers.
